In 2017, I hit rock bottom mentally, emotionally, and quite literally in a skiing accident that sparked a spiritual awakening and changed my outlook on life. I realized I was stuck living in my biggest fear: chasing a life of inner-peace and fulfillment, rather than actually feeling at peace and fulfilled.
I was desperate for relief from the lows of depression and the overwhelm of anxiety. I felt increasingly frustrated every time someone told me to "just be more grateful, focus on the good things, others have it much worse."
I wanted to understand what I was feeling and why so I could truly process my experiences and heal. Embodying the higher standards I had for myself and my life became a non-negotiable. Ultimately, I found support and lasting progress through various modalities of holistic and trauma-informed healing, which is why I'm so passionate about supporting others in this way.
As I built my capacity to feel safe in my body and connect to my inner wisdom, I became more intentional and felt fully present for the first time in my life. Now, I'm here to support you as you explore your subconscious thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns so you can gain clarity about how to best embody your unique values and desires.
Mindfulness and holistic healing sparked a passion for life that allowed me to feel more connected to myself and others, present in the world around me, and clarity about how I can meet my needs. I feel a renewed sense of creativity, possibility, and excitement, and I want you to experience all of these feelings and more, too.
